Whenever I scrape many german movies using ODfb scraper I end up with many english plots, descriptions. Whats going on?
Ofdb blocks too many requests coming from on IP in short time (around 80). Just wait a little bit and try again later.EMBER does not scrape movies! Why?
On 1.3.0.x you must use the same scraper for movies and images otherwise it could create issues. IMDB or TMDB do work fine alone but not cascaded. For that you need the coming v1.4 msavazziHow do the scrapers of Ember 1.4x work? What are the changes?
For the coming 1.4x version you have full control on what scraper you want to use for which data. As you notice in scraper settings, you can activate/deactivate and use UP/DOWN Arrow in each scraper modul to control the order of scraping.Example for data scraping:
- 1.IMDB
- 2.TMDB
In this setup Ember will use IMDB Scraper first and fill all data fields if information is available on IMDB - those results will be overwriten by TMDB scraper if you scrape the same fields and if information is avalaible on TMDB site. Using order mechansism and selecting only the information you want to scrape which each scraper you can micromanage scraping behaviour in Ember to get the results you want! Never will Ember overwrite previously scraped data with empty values!
Supported KODI Codecs of Video/Audio Metadata

My XBMC skin doesn't display any VideoSource icons!?

My skin doesn't display any MPAA icons scraped by Ember!?
- XBMC uses only the MPAA-tag in nfo and NOT the certification tag! Recommended structure: Country:Rating (except US ratings, see skinlist below)
- YAMJ on the other hand CAN use the certification-tag but this depends on YAMJ Setting - best use MPAA-tag BUT number only(for german users only?)
From YAMJ-Wiki: certification-Tag = Used for all certification that isn't MPAA and only used if imdb.getCertificationFromMPAA=false
